This was my second sale with Tim from Sunshine Estate Agents. I understood that high end units can often take a long time to sell, and I wasnt holding out much hope of actually getting my price. To complicate matters, I had tenants in place on a long lease.  Just 2 weeks after listing,  Tim was able to negotiate with the tenants to break their lease and move sooner to accomodate a buyer who wanted to live in the unit, on top of that he achieved a sale price $25,000 above my expectations.
